How it started
Hapexa began with an ordinary annoyance: the useful stuff for running a home is scattered across a dozen shops. A well made chopping board here, a proper plant pot there, and everything else only if you happened to search for it at the right moment.
So we brought it together in one shop instead. From the small fixes that make a kitchen work better to the finds that keep kids, pets and gardens sorted, Hapexa gathers items that are genuinely useful and prices them fairly.

Chosen with care
Nothing lands in our range by default. Every product has to clear one bar first: does it genuinely make everyday life a little easier? If not, it doesn't make the cut, no matter how nice it looks in a photo.
Looked after, start to finish
Your order is dispatched from our supplier in China and travels straight to your UK address. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday), and delivery then takes a further 3 to 7 business days. Most orders arrive within 4 to 9 business days of being placed. Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Changed your mind? You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and with the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel, set out in our Refund Policy. We never charge a restocking fee. We aim to reply within 12 hours during our customer service hours.
